Studio Policies

Seven Soundz of Musik Llc and Seven Soundz Studio reserve the right to deny ANYONE service.
Cancellations
  • If a session is canceled any later than two (2) hours before your session, you will be charged a $10 cancellation fee on your next session. Certain situations may warrent some leniency.

  • If you have canceled two (2) sessions less than two (2) hours before your session, you will be charged an additional $20 repeat cancellation fee on your next session.

  • After two (2) cancelled sessions less than two (2) hours before you session, you will be required to pay your session in full before your booked session will be finalized.

No Call / No Show
  • If you are a no call / no show, you will be charged a $15 no call/no show fee on your next session. Certain situations may warrent some leniency.

  • If you are a no call/no show for two (2) sessions, you will be charged an additional $20 repeat no call/no show fee on your next session.

  • After two (2) no call/no shows, you will be required to pay your session in full before your booked session will be finalized.

Tardiness
  • If you are fifteen (15) minutes late for you session you will be charged an additional $5.00 on your session.

  • You will be charged an additional $5.00 every fifteen minutes there after up till 45 minutes after your session. At that point you will be considered a no call/no show and your session will officially be cancelled.

Head Count
  • If you are an artist on the song being recorded, if you are a Manager or if you are transporation for the client you are allowed in the studio.

  • Seven Soundz Studio MUST be made aware AHEAD OF TIME of everyone that will be present for the session.

Studio Rules
    • There is NO eating, smoking or drinking in the recording booth.

    • NO rough house or play fighting allowed in the sound room or recording booth.

    • Respect others at ALL times.

    • NO loud talking while recording vocals.

    • NO leaving anything in the booth or sound room. Seven Soundz Studio is NOT responsible for any items.

    • PLEASE clean up after yourselves. If there is a mess left behind the client will be charged a $3.00 fine on their next session regardless of it was your mess or not. YOU are responsible for those you choose to bring into the studio with you.

    • PLEASE respect the studio. This is NOT a hotel. Please carry yourselves accordingly and do not use this facility as a place to "hook up".

    • NO excessive use of electronics (including but not limited to cell phones and tablets). If you are the client, and there to work, please do not waste your time as well as Seven Soundz Studio's on phone calls or video calls with others, watching movies or video and/or playing games.

    Shipping
    Seven Soundz of Musik Llc and Seven Soundz Studio reserve the right to deny ANYONE service.
    • All items shipped 2-3 weeks after being ordered.

    • All items are shipped through USPS with standard shipping.

    • Before shipping your order you will be contacted to verify your shipping address. Without this verification the order will not be shipped. After verifying address if there was an error that was overlooked by the customer and the item is shipped we are not held liable and will not refund your order or send out replacement items free of charge.

    • Once an order is shipped you will receive a message with your shipping information and tracking number.

    Cancellations
    • Orders canceled within twenty-four (24) hours of being paid for will be refunded in full.

    • Orders canceled within a week of your order (7 days) will be refunded minus 13% of your total charge (cost of items plus shipping).

    • Orders canceled after eight days of your initial order, and before being shipped, well be refunded minus 25% of your total charge (cost of items plus shipping).

    Exchanges
    • If you contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment, you will be supplied the cost to ship the returned item(s). After receiving the returned item(s) a replacement will be shipped out free of charge. If the item is not in the condition it was received by the customer, then the item will be immediatly returned to the customer and no exchanges will be allowed.

    • If you contact us after 48 hours you will pay the shipping to return the item(s). After receiving the returned item(s) a replacement will be shipped out free of charge. If the item is not in the condition it was received by the customer, then the item will be immediatly returned to the customer and no exchanges will be allowed.

    • Any exchanges requested 14 days after the customer receives it will be denied. 

    Returns
    • If you contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment, you will be supplied the cost to ship the returned order. After receiving the returned order, in the same condition your received it, you will be refunded your full amount minus shipping.

    • If you contact us after 48 hours you will be responsible for the cost to return the order. After receiving the returned order, in the same condition your received it, you will be refunded your full amount minus 13% (cost of merchandise plus shipping).

    • Any return requests after 7 days will be denied.
