TJ Maddox grew up in Baltimore, MD. He was always surrounded by music of all genres. Listening to music from The Jackson 5 and The Temptations to Outkast and Wu Tang, and mostly everythyng in between, he became intrigued with music. At the age of 8, his ability to write creative stories and poetry met up with his appreciation for the art of music and created a fairly decent Artist. This Artist would later become 1/3 of TriForce a.k.a. Bobby Drake The IceMan. Bobby Drake was always into cartoons, anime, and video games and will occassionally reference them in his lyrics. He truly believes that with his lyrical content and his two brothers Riv'r PhoeniX and Terry McGuiness, that Hip Hop will return to its' original state and true lyricists will be on top of the game once again.
